Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

We own an apartment, and have a problem with windows leaking. The management company for the block promised to fix gutters as that is the source of the leak in the first place. Just wondering is there a time frame that they must comply with ?

    Thanks!

There is no time frame. There are good management companies and bad management companies. The good ones would respond promptly as a stitch in times saves nine as they say. Water will continue causing problems. I suppose all you can do is to keep hassling them and also raise their delays at the A.G.M.
