    Desk Side!

I'm freezing and warm all at the same time. The office is warm, I've cycled in, had a shower so warm on the outside and cold on the inside.
My d*ck and balls hate me as well and are in hiding because of the cold and lack of padding while cycling.

Cup of tea should sort me out.

Not exactly a bucket list item, but leaving to France by ferry.

So its a car to the port, ferry to France, train to Paris CDG, bus to terminal and plane home. I might regret this :)

Homeside and by god I'm not moving for the night and to cheer myself up I'm wearing a Christmas jumper :D

I want to "thank" this post but I can't :pac:

    It's too soon!!!!!
Lol, I watched home alone on Sunday night and felt like I need to put up my tree.. However, they're not on sale yet and I doubt they'd last 9 weeks... (this day 9 weeks is Christmas Day :o)

I'm on the couch in the kitchen wrestling mango and pear porridge smoothie (it's feckin gorgeous) into the boy. I filled his second syringe and the 3 year old grabbed a shneaky spoon and finished it off.. That was going to be my breakfast..
She's now gone back to her beans on toast. Wagon.

On my sofa fuming with my dad. Just found out that he agreed a lesser price for my house than I wanted. Was pretty much bullied into selling it below value as was and list about 8000 on it with delays.

Feel like have been kicked in the teeth and am tempted to tell the buyer to f off and put it back on the market coz would get about 20k more for it now.

So angry even pizza and garlic bread aren't helping.

    Good luck in the dentist!

I'm here trying to psyche myself up to bring the boy swimming after school. I really really don't want to. I know once I get there I'll be glad but I'm cold and lazy and just want to curl up with food and Netflix.

I had no auctioneer. I had put it up a few years ago on a website just fishing and in no hurry to sell as had tenants in who were paying my mortgage and was getting about €200 profit a month, not big money but something.

Then this woman contacted me last November saying she wanted to buy. I met with her when I went home for Christmas after she had viewed twice. Started the process rolling. Between planning permissions, her solicitors doing nothing for months and the council mess over my maps, it is only heading for closing now and no contracts are signed yet.

I spoke with an estate agent that had valued it for me before and she said that in Monaghan buyers are down by 35% this year so she thinks I will struggle to get the price I want as other similarly priced places aren't selling at the moment. She feels that I should stick with this one coz otherwise will have her fees and more solicitor fees to deal with. Basically she talked herself out of commission so I trust her. My family have done a lot of business with her down the years, my dad buys properties and renovates them for a living, so I do trust her.

Just had a kneejerk reaction to finding out that am getting even less than I thought I would and the stress of trying to track down proof of living there for the NPPR compliance. Its like everything is stacked against me all the time and am so f**kin tired of it all.

9 months to close in a declining market and then the buyer lowers their offer? I would be fuming too.
