On the couch melting cos I lit the stove. Just ate a big bowl of sweet potato fries and I've a pain in me belly now. Babies in bed and it's so quiet. Older kids gone to their dads til Tuesday and my 9 year old had a full on melt down because they're going for the extra night. I'm away to dubland on Monday because for some reason they see Mayo on the letter and add an 8:30am time to the appointment.. Ffs.
House was blitzed, gym done for the week, I think tomorrow can be a jammies day.




Unless I get the fear of fat by 10 or 11 then I'll be off to the gym again

Yep I was on my phone to boast and brag about being chatted up by a younger woman as I supped a few beers. My time on the phone was brief as she came back for more. Home now. Kitchen table and delighted that I resisted the temptation.:D

How about I fitness whole slice of apple pie in my mouth.

Relaxing with my boys. Baby was a bit sick earlier but he’s much better now. Big boy is getting a lot more impatient with him.

I have two Galaxy bars. A pack of Twirl bites. Half a Caramel big bar. Frys Creme. Skittles and Chocolate brownies. Hunky Dorys. Golden Wonder and hot chilli nuts.
