    Abed watching a rosy sunrise ripening and fading over the ruined cowshed gable end..150 years old, hand made of huge rocks, and standing strong...

    Will call re the ferry soon.... not a bad forecast and they got across and back yesterday.

    Da boss advises against.... wind may get bad this afternoon ... Monday hopefully which was actually the original plan

    An empty day to be filled unexpectedly.. but better than being stranded or risking their safety.

    Deskside since 7.30, Fridays are great here, grand and quiet as a lot only work a four day week. Trying to figure out the Friday evening drinks plan, it'll either be the local for a few pints or a few cold ones from the fridge at home, decisions, decisions.
