    Hi all,

Just wanted to relay the absolute nightmare my wife and I have had with <SNIP> a kitchen supplier on the long mile road.

We ordered in February stumping up over 19k for what we thought would be a worthwhile investment. It's October now and we still have a good chunk of snags left on the snaglist.

We've sent letters to their showroom, their CEO and senior staff but have had radio silence for weeks now. Really unbelievable behaviour.

In any case with Ideal Homes coming up just want to warn people not to repeat our mistake. Save yourselves the heart-ache and avoid!

Threaten to air your grieviences (with A3 photos of each problem) at their stand at ideal homes expo. Should light a fire under them.

You'll sound like a crazy person, also you'll probably get kicked out of the Ideal homes expo.

That would be a quick way to get removed by RDS staff.

Obviously the point is to threaten to do so in order to get a result before the ideal homes event.
The o.p. has been perfectly reasonable up to now to no avail.
If 'sounding crazy', as you put it, is required to get satisfaction then that's a low price to pay.

How would you suggest they advance their situation? A solicitors letter?
