Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need my previous completed Form 11s, and I can open them up and view them on the ROS system, but nowhere is there an option to download/save them on my computer. I can't understand what I'm missing. I have contacted Revenue several times over this but have received no reply. Anyone with any understanding with this that can help will be most appreciated.

Go into Revenue Record and Inbox, there is an option to search your archive. You should find them all there.

I do indeed find them all there, but the problem is I cannot save or download them. I can open them and view them, but there is no option to download them.

When you open one select print and then save as PDF instead of printing to a printer.

Thank you, yes, I finally figured it out, had to go into print view mode.
