Revenue refund into bank?

Hi wondering if any one has had a refund from revenue into account lately. We are due one p21 issued in 13th but still nothing has arrived to account. Any time frame? Have been chasing this for few months.

I believe refunds normally issue within a few days but if the refund exceeds certain thresholds it may require additional approval to issue. I'd give it the rest of the week anyway.
