There are lots of people that drive BMW,s , I know machine operators, shop assistants, nurses, guards, that drive that same car, in fact I once owned one, did not like it.

NO he just looked like a clown standing outside a fence - and herself with him.

He didn't engage with any of the people there - the families.

If he was presidential , he would have the balls to meet the families who were there. he should be fearless in meeting any Irish people.

He drove down in his BMW - did a photoshoot and headed off , was clown like and pathetic.

Surprisingly most don't believe all travellers are bad, it's just as they are a sacred cow you cannot have a conversation about the negative sides of the culture without being called a racist.

SEMS does not give travellers any more entitlements or legal immunity than you have. It is of no threat whatsoever to your equality.

They are using their ethhic recognition to craft specific laws for themselves.

I'm quite happy to acknowledge there may well be. But I certainly wouldn't set a bar so low as to pronounce them 'good' based solely on the fact they manage to keep their (possibly illegally occupied) site clean.

Looking for things is not the same as getting them. There are all sorts of groups and organisations and people looking for things and laws.

SEMS is a symbolic gesture intended to foster inclusiveness and parity of esteem.

Welfare and housing entitlements are available to a wide cross section of the population. If you cherrypick one handout to castigate a community and people ignore all the other people and communities who recieve them, then yes, those people will probably vote for you. :rolleyes:
