Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've applied for the all of the big 4 for their grad programmes (either for auditing or consulting) but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Do they inform you if you haven't been successful?

    Thanks!

I applied for a big for quite a few years ago, but from memory, it will be late in the process before they give you an indication via email. I guess the tell tale sign that you might be unsuccessful is if your peers are getting asked for interviews and your not hearing anything... that was the case for me! Flip side of this is, you may get a call when the offers have been sent but refused so they would have the spaces to fill and may bring you in then. Someone who has gone through this process is going to have a better opinion on this but that was my experience!

Main advise I would have given myself when i was going through this process, is to keep applying. Apply everywhere that interests you. I ended up in industry as my first role, but i do wish i went into a small to medium practise to get more exposure over more area. I now feel a little bit such in industry area.

Either way best of luck! loads of jobs out there, it just about keeping going, applying and networking!
