Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Worthwhile hiring an air purifier during decorating?

I'm having my whole house painted at the moment. Nail holes are being filled in and sanded so lots of dust. It's really affecting my nose/eyes/throat.
Would an air purifier help clear particles so small? Or is it a waste of time?

That would be a complete waste of time. It will not have any impact on that sort of dust.

Tape up rooms being worked on and hang covers over all surfaces.

    and ventilation.

Ideally use a vacuum in conjunction with sanding, either under the surface if its manual sanding or attached to the tool if its machine sanding.
