Sewage and development fees

Hi, I'm just wondering what does irish water charge to connect up to treatment plan and connect to water mains. Also would anyone know what the council development fees will be,hoping to build in leitrim. Need to apply for mortgage, but would like to have a rough idea of these costs first, thanks

At the moment it is still based on the last development charges locally for foul and water connections. There is supposed to be a blanket charge nationwide soon, so refer to your LA Contributions and easy to work out from there.
