Judoka who have been in the game a very long time develop really big muscular hands, I've just gone through some photos and nothing comes close to those hands.

So yea I'd tend to believe its a combination of big hands alongside a medical condition.

I actually thought they were all the different weight classes he was champion in and then the different organisations they have in boxing. Never realised he got a belt per defense.
