Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Any ideas on cost to build a 2 bedroom house? Can be very basic as will be only used as holiday home. Looking for builders finish and rest can be done in time. Have site already but no planning

    Anywhere from 200k up.
    Depends on size if house, specification, position and type of ground conditions.

    Beermat figures but you need way more info even before the figures could even be called a ballpark!
