cost of 2700 sq ft house

hi anyone have any idea of how much a 2 storey hip roof house of size 2700 sq ft would cost approx to build to a good standard by contractor in Co. Cork? Not direct labour. The job be done by contractor. would I be anywhere close in thinking it would be within €250,000 to €300,000 figure? thanks

Nearing the commencement date of our build in the midlands. Our house is around 2200sqft and have been quoted for a builders finish of 235000.

Also in the midlands, nearing commencement. 2560 bungalow (Due to height restriction in planning). €125 per square foot to builders finish. Not including design+planning fees, professional fees, legal fees. Not including fitting kitchen, utility, tiling, flooring etc.
