Can't cancel eir mobile subscription

    I can't cancel my subscription with eir mobile. When I call 1901 I'm put on hold for, and call waiting time is over 30 minutes, however, after waiting for 10 minutes the line goes dead. This has happened several times. Does anyone have any experience of this!? How can I cancel my subscription with eir!?

    Broadband and landline products can be cancelled through myEir. Might be the same for mobile ones. Worth a go anyhow.

    Log in there and have a nose around.

    If not .. just walk into an Eir store. Surely they should be able to sort you out.
