    Hi All,

Is it possible to disable the system alarm for modem faults? I have a SIM card in the panel, the signal could be OK for 3 months and then fluctuate causing the APP to sound (always happens in the midst of a meeting).

    Thanks in advance

Presuming you have Engineer Web Access

    Full Engineer
    Configuration
    System
    System Alert Policy > Edit

Options are report on close (checked), restore on close, limit reporting.

I'd like to receive email notifications but just not the alarm in the SPC Connect App if that's possible?

Is there a manual that describes the different options above?

Do you want the reporting via app/email off or the alerts on the keypad?

What version of software is on the panel?

The app only if that's possible? Would still like to get an email notification.

    Software V 3.6.6

These are the options available for the Push Notification Event Filter:
    Intruder/Fire/Medical
    Confirmed Alarms
    Intruder Alarms
    Intruder Alarm Restores
    Panic / Holdup / Duress
    Fire Alarms and Restores
    Medical Alarms and Restores
    Tampers
    Tamper Restores
    Setting
    System Monitoring
    Faults
    Fault Restores

    System Information

I'd say they would come under the faults/fault restores option.
The same in the Email filters.

Have you disabled these fault report options in Configuration>System Options> System Policy >Edit ?

I disabled them this morning which has turned off the alerting in both the app and email. It doesn't look as if the filters for push notification work as desired i.e. disabling the alerts via app only.

The App & Email alerts are a bit limited in categories. But the system policy & alert & display policy's are very customizable.
