PUK retrieval

    Hi, I would like to retrieve my puk. I entered my pin this evening but for some reason it appeared to be incorrect. I am unsure whether I confused my screen lock with my switch on lock! If anyone could help me retrieve my puk I would be very grateful!

    You can retrieve your PUK by logging into your "my eir" account.
