Suspicious Activity (not really) email received

    Hello, I've received an email detecting "suspicious activity" on a transaction.
    Turns out is the billing for my Netflix Account.

    I've replied to the e-mail with the stated information. And still can't use my card to pay Netflix. And seems my card is blocked....


    Can you guys help me?

    Issue solved. You can close the thread. Just called the customer line.
