They look like soldered in relays. Later models had easily replaceable units that still failed.

If under warranty contact myenergi. Unless you know how to solder sell it for scrap or myenergi offer a paid repair service.

Thanks, not much help from Myenergie.

i even reset everything and still not working so i think it is gone.

on another note, i reset the zappi, so managed to get it linked to the eddi but i cannot get the hub working. Any suggestions, for example i got the hub working on the zappi cos i could not get it working on the eddi, then when i linked the zappi and eddi the hub stopped working. I cannot seem to assign it to a channel either and where you have M next to the Eddi on the screen, it just shows a question mark next to the hub.

I've been trying it all day and its beyond frustrating.

Ideally ask myenergi support. They can guide you better while at the unit and they may be able to remotely perform some checks. There are various instructions on myenergi website but it depends on actual set up, for example is load sensing used, is it hard wired or wireless and if wired is it connected to zappi or Eddi etc. Menu options also vary on software version and things like the time need to be correct on all units or you can have issues. Support on this forum with no live feedback is not that useful unless you know all the wiring and all the settings.

Cheers sorted it after painstakingly going through each potential set up. The hub was finding sometimes and other times not. Updating the eddi to the latest firmware caused lots of headaches so I factory reset and it worked OK then.

Basically the zappi is now the master and the eddi is the slave. Only after this could I set up the hub to the zappi as a slave which after lots of attempts finally worked. Total pain.

Fear play to your perseverance. At this stage I've given up trying to decipher how the latest technology works. If it doesn't work out of the box or I can't get someone to sort it I'm pretty much shagged

Most of the hardware was on recent models, just a few bits left off the board.

Anyone deal with this issue on the V1 before? Cleared it the other night and it charged fine after but this evening it is basically stuck with this screen on it.

Will contact myenergi support tomorrow. Might just be on the way out as the charger is 6 years old now.
