I had some great wolves playing with me, Lord, Drumpot (Im always linked to him, ) Sinbad was doing great as a new lad and Kitten who is always a pleasure. Poor pStarr got whacked way to early, hes a savage player and could have done with him in the backroom.

The mistrust early really killed us, we were blind.

I messed that up for the wolves. Had I not shaded Holly I may not be dead. Pussy, I love ya. I felt bad for shading you on thread as you were so up front (I think) about everything in our room. I had to though for insurance purposes.

Junior, it was a pleasure. Had no idea you were Barb until it was too late.

Ah beaker that was great craic you put up some fight as well. You weren’t going to give up :)

TBH drummer is a good teammate so i found myself disclosing thoughts and info i probably shouldnt have. Would love to be on a team with him where i knew it was him and there werent serious trust issues :D

I feel the same, he was very up front about everything but there was always that doubt he was playing us. Love the guy.

I was going down, I knew it. I was hoping to plant a lil seed of doubt in someones mind somewhere, whether it was you or even a villager like Gab who seemed to trust me after Wini was exposed as NRV.

Thanks for the great game guys. I know I was a moany wolf but I felt bad when I remembered how much work you guys put into creating and moderating.

I’m not a good dirty rat as I don’t feel right betraying team members. I really didn’t want to lie to either team. There were at least 3 posts I didn’t put up that had me holding my hands up to a team if I even made a mistake and gave information to the other team.

But I did sleep on the fact that I had the other room (FBI) before telling you guys. There was moments where I hesitated so I’m not all good.

I found not trusting the wolves or Rico was the hardest part of my role. If I had actually given my name to Rico in day 0 when he asked , his first interrogation suspect could of outed me. What’s the solution ? Read the OP. Then read the OP. Sure we weren’t even sure if Holly’s protection was still active after this morning!

Well done goodies, you played us like fiddles and impressively took us down. And well done fellow team members, it was fun and it’s nice that I can now actually trust what you say! Bit shout out to QB who warned me off checking that link!

Oh and I didn’t know any wolves names on thread. Voting for Liam was pure random but sort of fit in with us targeting each other as both us and the FBI went for Tony on day 1!!!

Also a word for poor old trit, lynched by (mostly) villagers for pointing out it wasn't a bank holiday everywhere in the world :pac:

In future if there is an issue with trust between wolves, the wolves should just put it all on hold until D3 at least.

That happened in the Marvel v DC game where we had a tenuous d'entente, and we were all the better for it.

My read on the mistrust in this game wasnt that either side was looking to take advantage, but both were worried the other one would.

I think if i knew the RL boards accounts behind the wolf team i would have been more inclined to trust them. Except Beaker. I wouldnt turn my back on you pal.

Good game lads, tough for the wolves with the way ITAs gave us a couple of solid villagers, the missed kills was what done for you. Enjoyable game mods, thanks.

Probably one change I'd make is having more kill points for the mafia.

Possibly both teams getting to munch (although both went for Ewan Monday, so... :pac: )

ITAs then, definitely more mafia that can shoot during them so it doesn't clear a villager for shooting another villager (or at all)

Village were lucky though, Melfi actually had ITA shots but got taken out early. So that 'core' would have been totally corrupted had hers connected.

Yeah but i didnt know for sure why that failed. I couldnt trust the other team went for him, so didnt know for sure that it was deffo either that a) he was protected or b) he was tony.

An extra kill on our side would have been good but it was a good game as it was!

Ive said it before the wolves need to be challenged in game setup terms and this game did that!!

Holly's shields were up, but we dropped them for the finale shootout, as you all agreed to do it for the fun. Shields are no fun in shootouts :p

This game confirmed that my best role is defo NRV. :D First time I've actually been happy with my performance. I think I trusted myself more. Nailed Gertie and Vernon as the twins and was then worried someone might ask why I suddenly stopped suspecting Gertie. Also for once I wasn't convinced Uriel was a bad guy. Tough game for wolves with the loss of Paulie and Melfi but delighted the village won given the work I put in!

Maybe its the drugs, but this place is very quiet.

I thought this was a reference to heroin :) I figured with the village and FBI out to get wolves I should try and keep ye alive a little. I was going to see if you'd reveal your boards ID so I could see if it was someone I'd trust with my anon name, but was sadly cut down in my prime ;_; Reading the thread on COP I see a post by sKieth that I think tells me why BH shot me. Live and learn!

Thanks mods for a really fun experience, as a fan of both WW and the show I loved this game.

That blood-splattered conclusion was a great read, well done village.

    What roles were left out?

Well, originally the FBI was two different people. So one was the sniper and one the head honcho.

We also had a role for Furio Giunta who, if converted could choose to remain with the mob.

We wanted a larger mafia team to really sew the distrust amongst each other, each with different win cons but we made do with what we had.

The Twins role was a numbers thing more than a requirement, I think Rikand played it well though.
Wanted to find a place for Carmella and the kids, but the mechanics were fairly tight anyways.

I think she was nearly disappointed when I told her it wasn’t porn! I felt like such a nerd explaining that it was just the game.....

Ha! Just reading back and realising how that sounded. Meant to say I'm happy with the win given my obsession!

Team Village were excellent especially Holly/Loughc.

Also I never changed Derry's password, just logged in and pretty much stayed logged in.
