    Hey SD_Dracula.

    Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately the 3400 has now been discontinued and no more stock available to us.

The NEW 3500 is now in full circulation and priced at 875 Euro which is a cracking deal as its priced at £899 sterling

Thanks Kenny, I remember seeing the 3400 for about £530 on the website not long ago but only seriously started looking at Denons recently.
I had a look at the spec sheet between these two and except for phono input, eARC and maybe more Alexa controls (all features that I can live without) I just can't justify the price difference between these two. Might keep an eye on with Black Friday coming soon.
I am running a 5.1 system right now (Pioneer VSX 924k) and was thinking to add 2 extra ceiling speakers for Atmos, would also need two zone HDMI or else I would go for the 2500.

    Hi SD_Dracula,

I have had a look and the Sony STRDN1080 is showing an HDMI Zone output:

    https://www.richersounds.ie/p-202643-sony-strdn1080-black-atmos-av-receiver.aspx?swapstore=1

This is coming in at £429 and is an incredible amp, it won the best AV Receiver under £500 at the What HiFi awards this year.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David
