    Hi, I moved to a different electricity supplier last week but I was still deducted 20 euro today even though I cancelled my scheduled top up.
    Can I get this amount put back on my credit card?

    We have limited access to the Pay As You Go system in this department.

    We recommend calling the dedicated Pay As You Go team on 1850 372 372 or 01 8529534. They will be in a better position to advise you.

    We would just be able to provide general information in relation to Pay As You Go.
