Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Those 2 towns always needed a bypass, highlighted more from yesterday. Half hour getting through yesterday at off peak hours. Seems to have the AADT for it, what gives? Is Pat the Cope a chocolate fireguard?

Bypass aside, the ageing water mains needed replacing together with the storm drains, footpaths etc and not least a complete new surfacing of the entire road right through the towns and that is what is currently in progress for parts of it anyhow.

Dont talk to me about the bypass. I cant see that happening anytime in the next 10 - 15 years.

I cant see what the Cope can do now that he hasnt done already....which is nothing.

Bypass is (yet again ) in planning at the moment, preferred route due to be selected before the end of the year

    These are the options

Though I'd agree we'll be lucky to see it in 10-15 years, if ever..

Driving through twin towns twice daily at the minute, today was by far the worst. At 6pm we were stopped over 1km from the lights at the bottom of the first hill on the Donegal town side.

The sequencing of the lights is terrible, works much better when the lolipop men were on each end.
