Static IP for Mobile Broadband

    Hi,


    I have a mobile broadband sim and I need to get a static IP assigned to it. Is this possible? I need to use it for gate/alarm & cctv access.

    Unfortunately eir does not supply static IP addresses

    Just use a service like Dyn.com, it's cheaper than a static IP address too, you will have to be able to port forward on the router you'er using also.
