    But if all that it's going to be used for is browsing and movies, there's very little point in buying a windows license and going through the effort of installing a new OS, especially if you're not familiar.

    Who has to buy? 30 minutes to install Win10 via media creation tool - which installs all necessary drivers - and works forever without activation.
