Hi iwilldare,

Thanks for your interest in Electric Ireland.

Here is the registration page if you complete it with meter-readings and your bank details.

Once your account is opened, a final bill will issue in the name of the previous owner (or their representatives if this update has been made to their account) up to the meter-readings/date with which you register. If their account is already closed, that will not occur.
