few euro on jaywalk at 9/2 in the next probably a safe ew bet but I took the win

Trying to make something of this 8.40, Good money for relentless rider, but I'll have a small win bet on Bellafina @ 4.4'ish, hard race though.

Zero interest in the rest of the card this evening, pretty dire stuff.

Gonna for Maria's Diamond e/w in the next myself for interest. On rating AVD should be winning though.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,564 ✭✭✭kiers47

Would be great if the AVD got the job done in the next.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,137 ✭✭✭gazza1

The Black Album very small ew in the next

I haven't the first notion about the US form but I took a flier On Uncle Benny at 16/1 for a bit of interest all be it I wouldn't mind seeing AVD take it.

Keen on Line Of Duty, been well supported in last few hours too

Small bet on Forty Under for a wee interest.

Someone should back a winner here.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,752 ✭✭✭ASOT

Arthur Kitt e/w for me also, so two Europeans to cause an upset.

Also being live streamed on ATRs Facebook form some onboard camera with KingsCote.

I'm not keen on line of duty at all, laying for a win @ 4.4 and also laying for 3 places @ 1.86'ish..., already backed the o brien horse earlier.

Think that's the first 2yo G1 winner for Galileo this year

Gunmetal Grey was beaten 4L by Game Winner lto in a 5 runner race but was staying towards the end of the race. It was also run on fast going.
Today's conditions are much slower and it might just suit a staying type more. He probably won't turn the tables but if he can get closer he should make the frame and I'll have a small ew play at 14s.

    Derby Date e/w for interest.

Dirt track is riding Fast today. That's the official going and apparently times are going along with that going by a few tweets I seen.

Didn’t back anything there but thought that was a strange ride on Complexity

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,123 ✭✭✭Imhof Tank

Have to say the US riding style is bordering on brutal. The 2nd horse in the marathon there, counted 22 "good tears" as Ted Walsh would say in the last furlong or so.

Definitely wouldnt want to be watching that full time.

Newspaperofrecord ran 1.6s quicker than the colts under the same conditions. After making her own running.
Makes it even more phenomenal. Seriously impressive.

Wild illusion and enable double for me tonight. 3.84/1

I've a sneaky feeling we will have some strange results tonight.

I actually fancied Eziyra in Wild Illusions race, until I saw the effect of wide draws at Churchill Downs last night. Your chances are seriously diminished being drawn in the car park.

Aidan's comments on Mendelssohn's preparation sounds like desperation to me. Given Ballydoyle's record on American dirt, I couldn't touch it tonight.

4 horse accumulator for an interest.

    18:04 Eziyra 7/1
    19:36 Happily 13/2
    20:56 Magical 13/2
    21:44 Accelerate 7/2

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,948 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

Reckon Aidan's best chance at a winner could be in the 4:38 sprint race to be honest. Thought Lost Treasure was unbelievable in the Abbaye and but for running into the back of a few, it could easily have won. With an ok draw and that sort of form, if it can get out of its own way on leaving the stalls today then I think it definitely goes close. 11/1 a nice win price for me.

Have placed a few bets for tonight just for fun:

    4.00 Happy Like a Fool Each-way
    6.04 Magic Wand Win
    7.36 Analyze It Win
    8.16 Blue Prize Each-Way
    9.44 Mendelssohn Win

Always enjoy watching the Breeders Cup.

    Small ew L15

I really like Disco Partner in the next. Gonna have a score to win.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,564 ✭✭✭kiers47

Would love to see Lost Treasure take this. He is an absolute out and out rogue. Bags of ability. Ryan needs to find as much trouble as possible and then find more trouble and land him on the line.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,194 ✭✭✭FatRat

What a gap between the front 2 and the remaining field. Disco Partner had a horrid wide ride - never gonna win though. These races are wild enough, wouldn't be touching Enable later at the prices.
