I have been on hold for over 45 minutes on this call without speaking to a person. Last time I called, I was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes on this call without speaking to a person. Last time I called, I was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up.

I have contacted them through chat where no one is able to help, but they've given me 3 different numbers to call, all of which go to interminable hold.

There's no way to email, because they're "currently upgrading our email platform in order to improve the service provided to you."

One could argue that the primary way to improve service would be to provide service.
