eir sport

    Hi

    I am an eir mobile customer, on a Sim Only Plan.

    According to the eir website and when I asked in an Eir store, I should have access to eir sports.

    When I try to login to eirsports I get a message saying "Sorry, your account is not eligible to use this app"

    when I contact eir they say I need to contact Eir sport. when I contact Eir sport they say I need to contact Eir.

    Can you assist please

    Yes I have tried both the green app and the red app.

    The red one, is for mobile users and the green one for BB users.

    Are you able to log into your "my eir" account?
