    when I click on the view option, the envelope on RHS changes to open, but nothing pops up to read.

    Am using a Mac

    Have been having this problem lately on a pc and think is to do with allowing pop ups in the browser. In the browser settings For safari on a Mac should be something to allow pop ups. Hopefully that’s all it is.

    If you need a step by step I can ask my daughter she’s a wizard on Macs
