Eir vision won't record or pause tv says not enabled

    Just got broadband and eir vision installed last week everything working except for recordimg and pause and rewind live TV.. Just keeps saying timeshifting and dvr not enabled

    Tried reseting box and all that no good anyone help or tips

    Go into settings and reformat the drive.
