    Hi 
    I have been trying to contact Eir Sales today about a delivery and have been on hold for at least 15 minutes on 3 separate calls.  I had to end the calls to do something else.  One person answered and I asked him not to put me on hold again and now I am on hold again - this time for 22 minutes.  I want Eir to email Nightline to tell them that I can collect my package from them.  Can someone help me with this.
