Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks.

Does anyone know the conditions on multitrip with international aerlines.
Can you use it to book two out going flights for instance Dublin to New York and Shannon to Heathrow?

I found booking a one way thicket is expensive with airFrance, eir Lingus ect.

Multi trip is A to B via C.

Aer lingus is a point to point airline as is Ryanair, singles are not more expensive as you pay per leg. Air France isn't, hence their high priced single fares

One way is defiantly more expensive then multi trip or return with Aer Lingus. A €500 flight to New York will come down almost half in price if you select return or multi trip.

Aer Lingus do not price point to point on long haul though

And for the OP - it has to be a return although it can be open jaw, so it needs to be a flight from and to the same airport. Dublin - JFK and the Miami - Dublin would be ok but your suggestion not

On the air Lingus website (not app). Select multi trip. And from what I've seen it will give you the nor normal prices, not the inflated ones for just booking 1 way.
