Just looking at 2 beds in clonee, anyone any idea if the attics in the 2 beds in beechfield can be converted? Or anybody from beechfield any insight into the estate in general. Tia.

Search for planning applications. Use 'Beechfield' as the location.

You'll have to go through each one to see if it is a 2 bedroom.
On the first page of results it looked like the roof was raised by 1 metre in one conversion.
