Eir Sport - Unfairness

    Hi, I have the eirgo package for my mobile and landline. However, some eir mobile packages allow for access for eir sports - even without the landline. How is this fair? My monthly bill is over €80. Eir mobile essential is only €39.99 per month and comes with Eir Sport. How is this fair? If this is the case I will be removing my landline .and changing my package as soon as possible

    Don't understand what you are complaining about. Do you begrudge the mobile only customers access to the sports pack just because you are paying for both? If they removed sports access for them would you be happier?

    I'm afraid not all mobile plans give access to the eir Sport service, our customer care team via 1901 can explore all your options with you to see if a different plan would suit you so you can avail of the service if you wish.
