    There are posters on here who give him a run for their money in terms of windbagging or vacuous nonsense. Spouting stream of consciousness gobbledy-gook on political issues without a single hard fact to back them up while blaming Leo or Eoghan for every mess.

    Has Martin Collins released any statement about this incident, ie pub riot, in Shannon. Is his RTE buddy Tubridy aware that it even happened.

    The unfortunate thing about this is that that event ran trouble free in that same hotel for the last twelve years. A local notorious (and convicted criminal) traveller turns up as one of his relations is fighting, and chaos ensues due to a feud between traveller families. An absolute disgrace. Local Gardai were ridiculously slow in attending the scene too, bearing in mind that the hotel is roughly 200mtrs from the station. And no arrests made. As usual, it is the hotel and in this case, the organiser of the kickboxing event that will suffer. Mark my words, there will be no jail time out of this.

    RTE have been telling this country what to think forever, with great success. Now they are losing their grip thank God. People aren't that stupid, they can see what's happening here. RTE will continue to spew bull**** forever though.
