I’m in Cork. This is the 3rd outage in the last 3/4 weeks. What’s going on? At what stage can my contract be cancelled due to poor service?

I'm in Cork and having major issues too. Internet is down multiple times a day and I've to reset the router each time. Can't get through to anyone online or on the phone, absolute joke!

FYI - the phione service is down yet again. Cannot make or receive calls.

At what stage are you guys in breach of contract?
