Soakaway problem with well

    Hello,
    Our neighbour has created a new soakaway to which she is is running her grey water from sink/dishwasher. This new soakaway is located very near me and my partners water well. I am concerned about contamination, is there an appropriate separation distance? I cant find one on the internet.

    Grey water should not discharge to a soakaway, grey water must discharge into the foul water system

    Agreed, but it is discharging to a soakaway next to my well! I don't know what to do.
