Hi, I'm just off the phone to Chloe I was on the hold for 40 mins and got through to Chloe, she hung up after 30 seconds.
Also no response to web chat or twitter messages
I have Eir BB home phone and Eir Tv, No sports or movies, not HD either. I agreed to €55 per month at the start (Which I actually never received) and the bill has crept up up €91 now for the 3rd month in a row.

How can I cancel? I can never get through
