    Whats the story with no online support and no agents available by telephone ?
    I'm on hold 12minutes at this hour of the morning and can't speak to anyone ?
    The webchat is also unavailable ?
    .
    I'm seeing a drastic drop in customer care from Eir to go along with the regular loss of service.
    Ifit keeps up I'll be moving to a different provider

    12 minutes?  Mate that's nothing!  My record was 32 minutes holding for an agent while simultaneously holding for webchat.  I eventually got an agent on the phone, who was less than helpful.  Webchat never showed up by the time I finished the phonecall.

    Check out the multiple threads on Eir's customer "service".  It is appalling and one of the reasons they lost me as a customer.

    I started a post last week titled "voicemail blocked". Rep replied asking me to Pm her my details which I did. Been ignored since then. Ready to switch to another provider.
