I seriously doubt that, I'm gonna call fake news on that one lad.
No invicta that's not how it's done actually, you obviously have never killed a turkey or even seen it done.

I rear and kill my own turkeys every year, I also rear and kill chickens, ducks and geese.

Now while I do stretch a chickens neck in the manner described I wouldn't attempt it with a turkey.
You're not explaining the method you use properly, how do you control the bird?

When you turn the Turkey up side down it stops fighting as the blood rushes to its head. If you try and snap the neck without knowing how to do it, it is tough work but if you know how it is simple. Leave them hanging upside down after snapping their neck and the blood drains to their head and it swells up, you should leave it hanging for a couple of days.

Never had to kill a duck, most small animals the most humane way is a stun and cervical dislocation if there is no specialist technique or equipment. I imagine if you can get a good arch to swing, grab by the legs, swing in a wide arc as fast as possible and strike the head off the corner of a table, then as quickly as possible either dislocate the neck using a freezer scraper, place at the back of the neck while face down, hold firm, grab the legs and lift the body upwards as quickly as possible, as sharply as possible. If you have done it correctly you should be able to feel the table through the skin of the neck the whole way across. If you are not confident of strength, and don't mind the mess, a small hatchet. You should have a few seconds after the strike where the animal is stunned or flat out unconscious.
Thats the correct way but i tried it a few times and ****ked it up, its a good skill to have in ny book. i used to keep turkeys for Christmas and give them as gifts for the family but i gave it up because people don't appreciate these things any more, they would prefer to see you coming with a slab of beer than a turkey .

There used to be poultry killing and plucking classes in the ICA. I think?

Hardy women around here were in it anyway and most had ducks, geese, turkeys for killing.
