Bank Holiday & Part Timers

    I know this questions comes up endlessly...but here we go again.

    We close on a Monday, so mostly we are never there for the bank holiday.

    Full time staff - Get day in leu, straight forward
    Part time staff - Get 1/5 of their regular week in leu

    Now...what happens when the bank holiday falls on the Tuesday that a part timer that only works on the Tuesday?

    Do they get their full day and the part timer who only works Wednesday still only gets their 1/5th?

    Staff are rostered a week in advance, and no specific days are mentioned in their contract, don't know if this helps!
