Hi guys I'm hoping someone here might be able to help. I'm going to be doing a bit of DIY in the next couple of week and putting a built in breakfast nook into our kitchen. it will be a little bit like this

The nook will cover an existing wall sock and since I don't want to lose it I'm looking to run it down to the edge of the bench. Obviously I could just run and extension lead down the end of the bench but I'd prefer if it was an actual socket, the same as would be on a wall, at the end of the bench.

Would love some guidance on the best way to do this.

    Thanks
