Broadband in Castlepollard

Hi, We're looking at the Castlepollard area to buy a house, does anyone have feedback on broadband performance? I see there are 4 different ones with speed "up to 24 mb", which is not the best but it seems far better than other areas Thanks,

im 2km outside pollard and running about 3mb or what ever it is download .

Fibre is in some places I believe but not out to me just yet
