Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for recommendations for a phone in the 150-250 range.

Storage is the biggest concern, but 64GB should do, or maybe 32GB with a card slot.

NFC would obviously be a plus, but it's for someone thinking of switching from an iPhone so they won't be losing anything if it's not there.

FM radio and headphone jack might be minor pluses, but not a dealbreaker.

Not sure they'd be mad about ordering from one of the Chinese sites, might be possible but Amazon would be preferable.

    Options so far:
Huawei P20 Lite - available in store with eir for 230
Huawei P Smart - available in store with eir for 150

    Honor 8X - 250 on Amazon.es
    Xiaomi Mi A2 - 195 or so on Amazon.es
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite - 165 or so on Amazon.es

    Any recommendations? Or alternatives?

MI A2 (I have one) is excellent, €240 with 2-day DHL delivery from Honorbuy (EU reseller) for 64GB. No NFC or headphone jack but not a killer for me. The phone having stock Android is a massive plus, gets the latest updates nearly as quick as the Pixel. Beautiful screen and both cameras are fantastic (20+12MP back, 20MP front + flash).

    64/4GB (+SD)
    NFC
    has a headphone jack

    €210 on eGlobal: https://www.eglobalcentral.eu/nokia-6.1-plus-4gb-64gb-dual-sim-free-unlocked-white.html

Cheers, went back and checked, battery and storage are probably the main priorities. Headphone jack would be a strong plus, and size is the other main concern. Coming from an iPhone 5 the Honor 8X might be a bit too big of a step up, but the Mi A2 Lite sounds promising.

Cheers for that. It's on Amazon.es for about the same.

Couple of quick questions - fairly sure it doesn't have NFC, not clear whether it has an FM radio?

    Honor 8x for NFC

Can get radio through data . Many free apps on play store

There is a way to get an FM radio on the mi A2 lite but it requires a bit if technical messing about
