Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Internal walls inside house stone

    Hi
    Any info please .Doing up a small stone cottage .Question is for the internal walls or walls that divide rooms of hse is it ok to but normal plaster boards on these. I will be using Diasen cork based plaster on internal of external walls.Doing this on a shoestring budget. I know that the external walls have to breath dont understand the walls that divide rooms

I know that the back of the external wall has to be able to breath so will be using the correct insulation for this. As wall are not out in open do they need to breath

    Better off with a traditional lime mortar render inside and out insulated slab to the inside with a lime mortar to the outside can leave you with problems in the long term if thats what you are thinking of doing
