    I recently signed up to eir Connect 30 sim only. I want to port my number over from my previous provider and called 1905 as instrcucted in sim card package. I spent over 40 mins waiting on Friday, before giving up for someone to answer.

    I have currently been waiting for 35 minutes, and counting, this morning.

    Is there another way to port as this wait time is unnaceptable?

    Gave up for the second time trying to contact 1905, after 40 mins+.

    I am now at 46 mins and counting. Total combined time spent trying to contact Eir is over 2 hours.

    This is a joke. If I can't port my number, then my only option is to cancel. However, I presume that will entail another 2+ hours on the phone.

    A truly atrocious company.
