Does anyone know if Subaru has resolved the issues they had with their diesel engines?

I sold my 2009 Legacy a few yrs back due to the crankshaft issue before it became a major cost to me, but I have my eye on a 2016 Subaru at the moment

If they haven't I'll stick with what I have for the moment but I miss the Subaru

I think they sorted most of the problems from about 2012 onwards but don't hold me to that.

I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

I think that recent Subaru recall is for cars in the US

I can deal with recalls as it just shows they are rectifying an issue, happens with all manufacturers, but the crankshaft issue was like sitting in a time bomb and nobody owning up to it

When I need my car for work, I need to make sure its going to get me from A-B-A
