We are looking to relocate to st mary's drive in walkinstown area. The wall of the house we currently live in is very thin. We can even hear our neighbor coughing. Can someone give us some advice on the house quality in Walkinstown St mary's drive area? Particularly the noise level. Many thanks in advance.

Are they not all 1930s Corpo houses in Walkinstown? They are as solid as a bunker if so. You won't hear a thing from next door.

There are a variety of houses built over decades in the area, not all the same style. The houses in St Mary's are different to the majority of those in Walkinstown so it's quite a niche.

Unfortunately different to my own type of house in the area.

Love Walkinstown though so good luck!

Hi sorry to bring this topic up again. We are looking to buy a house on Walkinstown Green, facing the green behind the church. Would love to here all the opinions about the place. Would the green attract a lots of kids/teenagers/gangs around and messing?

    Thanks for any input!
