Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

£20 off the PS4 bundles on Amazon is poor enough. Was hoping for better

I'm a Prime member but am I right in saying that Amazon are no longer delivering TVs to ROI that are 50" or larger?

Anyone know if the amazon fire tablets have google play on them or it has to be installed manually? I'm looking at the Fire HD 10 £109 without special offer. Anyone any experience with these, seems a decent deal to me.

Play store can be side loaded.

If you google it you will find instruction on how to install the playstore to give you gmail and any apps not available in the amazon app store.

In the past there were some issues with the Fire and opening gmail messages with attachments. But I think that is resolved.

For practical purposes it works just like any android tablet. Its fantastic value too.

I got a 50" delivered through amazon about 6 weeks ago no problem.

I had to use AddressPal this morning to order a 65" TV that they wouldn't deliver to ROI/NI
edit: Nevermind, addresspal won't accept a 25kg package. Anyone have any alternatives? Needs to be a UK mainland virtual address.

Been thinking about a 65 inch

Yes same problem... anything about 50" is likely to be too large/heavy for AddressPal

Some good discounts on Garmin Smartwatches. I'm looking at the Garmin Vivoactive 3 GPS for £180 v's Garmin Forerunner 735XT GPS for £190.
Looks like the 735XT has the bigger spec.

And how does that compare to the Fitbit Ionic for £239? I see some saying online that the app and details/info it displays are much better with Fitbit than with Garmin.

Not sure compared to the fitbit, but the 735 does lack a few of the features of the 935xt. It's basically the next multisport watch down from that. Tempted myself, if OHR works, which is about the only reason for me to upgrade from the 920xt.

Only from Amazon to say they’ve been delivered

Horrific. Considering the £300 for FIFA 18, and the new COD for a Pro last year was brilliant.

Yeah I got notification from Amazon to say item delivered to AP on tuesday, but haven't received anything from AP to say it's ready for pick from collection point.

I get e-mails from AddressPaal as well saying 'your AddressPal item has been received' when the item is delivered in the UK and, a few days later, a text message from AnPost indicating item is/will be out for delivery.

    Excellent service.

Didn't even know there was another version after the 735!
    Had to google OHR :o

The TV I wanted but didn't buy at 399 last Friday bounced up to 499 and then to 600 before hitting back to 419 last night.
So if you've missed anything during the week check and see if it's back for a second time today!

Anyone any experience on getting a 65" TV delivered though addresspal, PW or PM and what sort of fees did you get hit with?

A few hours ago (around 01:00) I had spotted a deal in Amazon.de:

    Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB for 359 euro
and Samsung Galaxy S9 for 455 euro.
    (All colours)

It was marked as 'Deal of the Day', ending in the next 22 hours (so about midnight today).
I can't see the deal now, have they removed it? If anybody can see it, let us know.

    https://www.amazon.de/Samsung-Smartphone-Touch-Display-interner-Speicher-Schwarz/dp/B079SQ5VHX/

Update: It seems that is because is out of stock now.

Is the above not a good deal for Ps4 pro? You get 1tb ps4 pro and red dead for £330. I saw this same bundle on argos the other day for €430, so you're surely saving a bit.

Still, disappointing considering I think the ps4 pro is going for $200 in some american retailers today.

Ugh, missed the Bose QC 35 ii's on Amazon.de for €226, and the Corsair Dark Core for £39. Bad start to the day

You only get an email from Addresspal when they have received it if it's a home delivery. If it's a collect from Post Office you won't get any until it's available for collection.

    €226?

Camelx3 says €249. Just curious because I bought them for €249. And I don't see €226 mentioned on boards.

€279 on amazon.es probably the best deal right now.

Probably the battery in the hoover is what blocks it shipping I'd reckon. Addresspal or parcelwizard might be options.

I have an LG 4.1 soundbar with wireless subwoofer and wireless rear speakers for sale for €220. Only used since Monday but herself indoors didn't like it so took it down again.
I won it in a radio comp last month.
